In Puhua, our CNC stamping service can provide the precise shapes required for various types of sheet metal. We use it with TruPunch 2020 to produce precise and clean results. This is the basic CNC machining option when you need a single part or only a large part to be stamped. It also has the functions of tapping and bending metal parts in production.
CNC punching machines are ideal for laser cutting because of their speed and ability to accurately punch various shapes; geometry and customization. Not to mention their overhead costs are twice as low as the price of laser cutting.
Our punch presses are usually used for short and medium strokes and can quickly complete the turnover of general shapes. Our new machine is 3-4 times faster than the old one.

About our cnc punch press sheet metal stamping process
The sheet CNC punching machine is controlled by a CNC punching machine. CNC punching creates holes or special dents on various types of sheet metal. The CAD file provides accurate detailed information for the punch to ensure that the precise movement is met and the shape of the punch is correct. Therefore, sharp-edged shapes can be quickly created with low tolerances. Hydraulic CNC turret punch press can process various sheet metal with thickness no more than 12 gauge.
Our CNC punching process:
1. Upload the design to our software as a CAD file and create a machine program.
2. After that, load the CAD file program into the machine, and place the correct punching tool in the punching machine to create the required parts. The tool can punch out precise shapes, dents or embossing on metal.
3. The machine uses the CAD file to move the sheet metal in the x and y directions, and place it accurately under the punch to accurately position the punch.
